The staff was simply amazing and the room was super clean. I enjoyed the personalized message on the tv, that is a very nice touch and makes me feel more welcome as a guest.
Negatives:
These was nothing I didn't like, my wife and I always plan get aways and that is our goto hotel to stay at. We love all the amenities and the staff there is top notch and very friendly.

None of it - worst hotel experience i've ever had.
Maintenance guy who changed our AC unit 8 days into a 12 nigth stay was by far the best bit about the hotel.

Terrible hotel and would recommend nobody ever stay in this property unless all the staff are fired
Staff were rude and unhelpful.
Rooms didn't get cleaned, just moved stuff around to make it look like it was cleaned and apparently they don't work holidays....
Lied to by staff when asking 5 times for maintenance to look at AC unit.

Facilities we great, location was good for our purpose (aquatic center) and the room was clean and well appointed. The guy at check in was amazing. Several groups checked in at the same time and he was calm and efficient.
