The continuous texts I received were insincere and deceptive. Beginning the day prior to check in I received a text signed, "Lisa". I replied, "Hi Lisa..." and inquired about an early check-in. I then received a terse form reply denying my request from "Charmain". Once I checked in I received another text from a different, generic female name, let's say, "Susan", and then additional texts for the following 24 hours from various names. This ploy is ridiculous and insulting. Just be honest that you're using an automated chatbot and dispense with the silly named signatures.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was a convenient location, and the amenities, like a fire pit, were nice.
Negatives:
The front desk staff was not present most of the time, the hallway smelled the entire duration, and I could never find anyone to tell. There was rotting trash in the can. The staff was not knowledgeable about the billing system, and I had to continue to ask them to please check again in order to get a receipt. They kept coming back with other answers simply because they didn't want to or possibly know how to do it. In the end, I was able to get the receipt, so it was doable.
