This property was immaculate from the parking area to the front desk. We were greeted by the front desk person, who was polite, professional and cheerful. This has not been a regular thing in hospitality as of late.
We live locally and had a date night, the two girls at the front desk gave us excellent recommendations for new things we hadn't tried in the area.
The room was perfectly clean, no random strangers hairs anywhere.
This will definitely be a place we stay again and send family members who come to visit to also. This was one of the best hotel experiences we've had in a long time. Thank you so much !

Having My personal belongings removed from my room WITHOUT my approval, then lost for an Hour. Horrify me to Death, almost!!!! Haven't seen any compensation from hotel manager as of March 15, 2024 on a March 12 Stay!!!

The Fact That Staff/ House cleaning removed my Personal Belongings PRIOR to my check out Time. This caused me GREAT ANXIETY!!!! For over an Hour Noone, not even general manager couldn't locate my personal belongings, inwhich, I had information that should NOT have been handled by hotel Staff. I'm waiting for compensation, With NONE to speak of yet....
STEP UP TRAVIS!!! This has been very disappointing....Make It right Sir....Nothing I see as of yet has been even close to a pay back for what you and your staff put me thru...you KNOW what I mean.
