We had issues with our toilet flushing but my husband rigged it to temporarily fix the issue. I wish there were more breakfast options. We stayed at another residence Inn this year and there were numerous food options

When I checked in, there was no room for us, they had given it to someone else. They sent us 30 miles away to another Mariott. When we got there, there was a problem with my confirmation number. We spent over 30 minutes waiting for a room to be prepare

I had an issue checking in because the clerk couldnt find my reservation. She kept saying I dont see it but I gave her the confirmation number twice and still it wasnt located until I gave alternate resources. Frustrating bc we were so tired and Im a Marriott rewards member. No special treatment.
