Negatives:
The stay started off bad from the start with a rude desk manager that would not even check to see if our room was available before 4 PM. When we finally did check in, the specific room that we had requested months in advance and assured that we could have had been given to someone else. The worst part of our stay was the fact that the cleaning staff would leave our room propped open with no one in the room or even in that section of the hotel for over an hour at a time with all our equipment at risk to be stolen. After we discovered this a second time we had to put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door and forego cleaning for the remainder of the week.
Review
I've stayed at this hotel several times going back to 2005 and it is beginning to show its age and management seems to have problems getting good staff. I would not be surprised to see this hotel's flag to be downgraded soon.
