Negatives: Horrible area, dirty lobby, filthy room! People appeared to be living in their rooms. There was old food in the fridge in room. We checked out 10 minutes after checking in and found another hotel.

Negatives: You need to explain to visitors: "We are pleased to have helped the Denver unhoused during COVID" or something to indicate the drug users/overdose victims are not typical. Room reeked of smoke, worse when A/C was failing to work or bathroom fan running.

Positives: The hotel did not let me check in and said I didnt look like my ID, Just because I gained weight through my pregnancy the front desk was discriminative against my weight and how I looked now compared to my ID pic. They said that I could not get a refund.

Positives: The price was the best and we are on a tight budget. The lady at check-in was nice.
Negatives: The room was only marginally clean. The floors still had small stuff on the carpet. The hair dryer handle was covered in someone's makeup. Sheets and towels were piled in the hallways regardless of the time of day.

Negatives: Dirty, smelled like smoke, gave me a room key to an occupied room, king size mattress on a queen size box - so it hung over the edges, no breakfast, booming car radios in the parking lot. This place was a dump.

Positives: This hotel should be condemned by the Health Department.It was very dirty and the rooms smelled really bad and in condition that it should not be use by anybody.I had to change rooms. The second room had no operational A/C.

Positives: Check in host was helpful.
Negatives: Smelled a hint of mold and mildew when first entering the room. The smell revealed itself when I woke up throughout the night Smelling mold & mildew coming directly from the mattress. Host & manager did not even agree it was an issue. DO NOT STAY HERE!
