Negatives: Got into the room, phone not plugged in. Plugged it and my it rang. My wife answered and man asked her if Â'the man she was withÂ'..(me) was herÂ'boyfriend or husband.Â' We left and called the police to investigate for cameras. No money back yet.

Negatives: You need to explain to visitors: "We are pleased to have helped the Denver unhoused during COVID" or something to indicate the drug users/overdose victims are not typical. Room reeked of smoke, worse when A/C was failing to work or bathroom fan running.

Positives: Located in upscale business district.
Negatives: There was no housekeeping service. We had to take out our own trash during our 5 day stay. We also had to go to the front dest to get fresh towels and toiletries when we needed more. The key cards didn't work on our door. "Breakfast to go" was horrible.

Positives: The price was the best and we are on a tight budget. The lady at check-in was nice.
Negatives: The room was only marginally clean. The floors still had small stuff on the carpet. The hair dryer handle was covered in someone's makeup. Sheets and towels were piled in the hallways regardless of the time of day.
