The guest services staff were very nice.

There was snow that fell during the stay. Sidewalks were not cleared until the afternoon, and getting the car out of the parking spot and parking lot was near impossible. Snow was not plowed until late afternoon, and then it snowed again and the plow did not seem to return. Safety was a major concern and the ability to maintain appointments away from the hotel were impossible. I would expect the parking lot to be plowed much earlier in the day and sidewalks to be shoveled fairly early in the AM for foot traffic.
