Negatives: Room set up was wonderful however carpet and furnishings were worn dirty and needed replacing ( chair couch) pull out mattress was stained, windows broken, fridge seal hanging , toilet seal broken and sewer smell filled bathroom II requested to be moved to new room after first day and 2nd room was better but still worn dirty chair & couch and carpet. I guess you get what you pay for however that shouldn't be the case with such a nice set up. Raise prices and clean things up

Positives: Chad was awesome upon check-in. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and offer any help neccessary.

Negatives: Our room was on the end closest to the exit door. The outside door on our building slams closed and is very loud. I realize it has to be a secure closed door. If it could have a soft close system it would be better! That was the only disappointment of our stay!

Positives: Location is great, right off the highway and near a bunch of businesses. Staff was very friendly and the room was clean.

Negatives: It was weird to only have one very small trash can for the entire suite. Hallways smelt like marijuana. Wish the breakfast had a little more variety.
