Nothing it was mot
Negatives:
They had nothing open as far as amenities advertised. Halls had litter and garbage m. Very run down. Refrigerator door did not close. Hotel staff very rude and unprofessional to patrons. Had transients in the parking lots. Very upsetting experience.

The bed was comfortable and good Coffee in the morning

3 large oil stains on the rug, comforter had stains on it, bathroom door looked like someone had blew there nose on it, glass was not clean, etc..

entire property is under construction. ac units dont work great, heat coming from the wall ac unit because the portable ac was connected to it so it never cooled the room. no room service, no restaurant, no ice cream like listed on the website.

that nothing that was going on was listed. we werent warned about any construction, that the acs were portable and not big enough to cool the rooms, no room service, no ice cream place as listed on website.

After first night had to change rooms floor was wet,hair dryer not in room and noice machine working.Moved to second room a little better but doing remake very noisey and no much service plus most pools,cafe were closed.

The lady at the front desk was rude and not welcoming at all. It looked like she did not care about her job.
The room was not very clean and lighting was poor. It was not easy to get to the room as the corridors are not very welll indicated.

Pool closed.Hot tub closed.No wifi, at all. Terrible T.V.channel selection, especially for children. Only Circle K and 7-11 for food anywhere nearby without a car. Dog urine stench in room. Very boring for children.

At check in the lady was rude I heard her have several rude calls to people inquiring about the property and she was not friendly at all. I even saw her hang up on a caller right in front of me. also people live there because its also an apartment complex. I did not feel safe it was like I was an unwelcome guest in someones home.

My bathroom was clogged ant then they changed for another bathroom and it stills clogged. So unfortunately my experience wasnt the best .

I would say the price but given my experience the price should have been cheaper.

I dont know how stars are assigned but this is not a 3 star hotel. Staffing would not come daily to replenish used toiletries/towels/pickup trash. Hotel is under construction and being converted to apartments. The hotel does not care about our experienc
