Positives:
Bed was comfy, hot water/water pressure was phenomenal, hotel was as close as we could get to our location, hotel staff was pleasant although minimal, parking was decent.
Negatives:
Breakfast was cold (we went at 9:30 but was barely anything left and didn’t look like anything was going to be added) and had been sitting. It would be nice to have a pitcher of ice water at breakfast as well. Also would be nice to have some sort of yogurt option or fruit other than apples.
Floor in the bathroom felt like it was rotting under the drain (we stayed in a handicapped room with a roll in shower that had a drain at the base of the ramp). It was soft underfoot and was moldy around the base of the drain.
Our room wasn’t clean to start - the floor hadn’t been swept and we kept getting pieces of things on our socks/feet. Even my service animal was eating things off the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. Not ideal.

The Breakfast was fine. Being from the South, I was confused why there were no Grits. Then it hit me that I was in Colorado. The step-in shower was unexpected; however, it was a very pleasant surprise, and the experience was most excellent.
