There was cigarette holes in the bedding, feces on the floor to the left of the bed and over all was not a good experience. We refused the room and they did not give us a refund, because the manager was not there and the have not responded.

the staff were decent, almost human, its just that the homeless who are free to breeze through the place gave me a bad feeling. That and the fact that the breakfast was bogus. There was the same horrid biscuits and gravy that nobody ate, coffee with no sugar, no muffins only stale bread. It was kinda like being in jail.

The room was clean and we were able to have our dogs.

There are a lot of unsavory people just doing odd jobs around the hotel, homeless people sleeping all over outside, no pool facilities, and the breakfast was a bare minimum. This hotel was so nice when we stayed 6 years ago, but it has not been kept up. It was awkward to have what appeared to be with the meth community just right there possibly living in hotel.

I liked the air conditioning provided in the room. I liked the safe in the room.
Negatives:
I did not like that the pool was closed. I really did not like that nobody informed me that the pool would be closed prior to booking and travel, since our entire booking was based on there being a pool to swim in. I did not like the "breakfast", if you can even call it that. I did not like the parking lot and adjacent roads that were littered with garbage and had potholes everywhere. There were many very sketchy individuals inside and out of the building that made me and my family uncomfortable.
