This is a really old Embassy Suites that has not yet been upgraded so many of the items such as furniture (computer desk chair, sofa sleeper, mattress) were not in that great of condition. In fact the computer desk chair would not stay up as the hydraulic was worn out. The sofa cushions were flat when sat on and the mattress had a very large indentation indicating it was extremely old.
Negatives:
Breakfast was good, give a free drink at their bar every night from 5-7 pm and location is very convenient. Close to many good restaurants, grocery stores and access to I-25.

The employees were all so friendly, happy, and kind. The hotel is always super clean, and it's very comfortable. We find ourselves coming back every year just to enjoy the experience of Embassy Suites in Colorado Springs. We love it here! Totally worth every penny!

Bad dirty employees. Hotel dirty. Very old. Rude rude employees except one man that cleans breakfast, he has always been the only pleasant employee working there. The omelet men are great too. Save your trip,mood, money stay at hotels next door.
Negatives:
Terrible hotel prison. Dont stay. They have a holiday inn express and a howard johnsons plus next door. Try them
