Negatives:
On the white board in the office they had : National Blame it on someone else Day written on it. I booked a room with 2 queen beds. When I arrived for check in they told me they didn’t have any room with 2 beds available. They then blamed it on the 3rd party booking (Booking.com) for the error. They told me I had to go through Booking.com to change reservation and refused to help. I will not book from that location again.

No one ever checked me in. I waited 30 minutes in a closed lobby. I called customer service and the said to wait. I waited another 10 minutes before leaving. I was forced to go to another motel. I was charged anyway! I should have read the reviews!!!!!!! They were right. Avoid at all costs!

I was charged twice for the booking, once by Bookings,com and then by the facility when I checked in. I then got to then to reverse their erroneous 2nd charge, but I have not yet received the funds in my bank account. My room had a movement sensor that shut off the lights when it detected no movement. I activated every 30 secs when I was sitting at the desk working on my laptop. EXTREMELY annoying as the hotel would not make adjustment to it.
