Positives: The staff was AMAZING. That is all. The ONLY good thing about my experience was the staff. They went above and beyond to help manage the computer crashing. I feel "corporate" did NOTHING to help their employees. You left them out in the cold to deal with this massive problem without the support of the person who SHOULD have done their job.

Negatives: The computer system went down when I needed to stay an additional night; my friend was in the hospital. I was travelling with my dog and when the computer system crashed, the emergency keys only opened each individual door. I was exhausted from being at the hospital and the emergency keys would not open any other doors. I left at check in time and slept in my car that night.
