Negatives: Breakfast, while it was free its was gross.

Negatives: Rooms are outdated. Had hot water in the AM only 2 of my 6 day stay. The absolute worst breakfast of any hotel Ive ever stayed in. Coffee always empty, food undercooked and cold. Same powdered eggs every morning. Waffle maker broke. Theyre fruit was 3 apples. I asked for bananas and the breakfast attendant didnt understand what I was asking for. The spa and pool was broken and not operating. The cost is very reasonable but you get what you pay for. Location is not close to central Colorado Springs. About a 20-30 minute drive to the center part of the city.

Negatives: Extremely low water pressure. Had a window facing the back of the front of hotel sign. I dont think the hotel was full so it would have been nice to get a room with any other view.

Negatives: The person who checked us in was so rude! He was very short and not friendly at all, wish I wouldve gotten his name.

Negatives: My husband broke everything from his feet to his knees a couple of years back and he suffers from severe arthritis. We travel quite frequently but he can only handle 5 or 6 hours in a day,then an hour or so in the hot tub afterward helps tremendously,we never rent a room that doesn't have one and the website says nothing about the hot tub not working and depending on who you ask about the jacuzzi you get a different reason for why it isn't. After putting our things away and getting shorts on we found the double doors to the jacuzzi fastened together with several zip ties,I asked the night manager about this and she told me that there was a crack in the bottom. I asked her why nothing was mentioned in the website or app and she told me that it wasn't her job.When we were checking in lightning struck the building and we weren't able to use wifi for the first day.Understandable but too many problems were stacking up within our first hour there so we shortened our reservation to two days.On day two when we got back to the room the wifi still wasn't working so my husband called the night manager and she started arguing with him saying that he knew about the wifi and jacuzzi within the first hour and chose to stay there anyway but you don't really have a choice in that matter because you can only cancel room 48 hours in advance, other than that you are being charged.She said speak to the day manager because she can't do anything and since our stay was almost over she really wasn't worried about it.I told the day manager all of this and she laughed,she also told me that the jacuzzi did not have a crack in it but when it was installed it did not have a railing and chair for people that are handicapped and because of this it will have to be completely removed and can not be used by anyone, I asked why nothing is mentioned about this and she just shrugged.

Negatives: Lack of cleanliness, outside grounds dirty.

Negatives: I requested for housekeeping services three times during the day and it never happened. Housekeeping got the towels and did not replace it with new ones. Had to get towels in the lobby. The pressure of the shower was too low. Definitely didnt enjoy taking a shower during our entire stay. Complained about it and was just told its the same for every room.

Negatives: The pool was not available to be used and it was one of the reason I booked that hotel.

Negatives: We had to wait half an hour to get a room when we arrived at 4 pm. They were short staffed and the rooms were ready yet.

Negatives: The bathroom was dirty. Hair was all over the bathroom. The check in person didnt tell us where anything was, like the elevator or room. The pool was disgusting, like it hadnt been cleaned in months.
