Negatives: I am a nurse, 20 years in. I am a man about 6 feet tall also 77 years old. The height of the toilet may keep me with second thoughts about booking again. Being old has its own elimination challenges, but the shortness cut the ability to defecate by in effect creating an unworkable funnel. Too short a commode is unhealthy. Before I book again I’ll ask if the handicapped room with the higher one is available, this may mend the dilemma.

Negatives: breakfast was cold, things are running out like plates silverware, fruit tray empty oranges rotten waffle mix empty then when filled only one could be made it wasn’t filled. eggs were cold coffee was lousy we booked here because they used to do evening snack no longer done room cleaning service was the worst i have ever had only cleaned once after several requests had to get towels from front desk waste baskets over flowing when the cleaning guy came he did sweep or make bed or clean kitchen i had to ask him to make the bed he said you need to take your personal items off the bed it was a pillow and 2 blankets said he didn’t like to touch person items well we had slept in the bed and on the bed pillows so so what was the difference? we requested room service every day and they said they could t only every other day and not until the end of the day when they did do it bacău’s e they had to do checked out rooms first. The couch was incomfortable and the cushion in the middle sagged when suturing in it if you amaat close to the edge the had a bar the first night the toilet was plugged we had to call to get it unplugged this was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in we will never say in another Hilton Homewood suites
