The breakfast was nice. Until the front desk staff spoke. He was rude, not friendly and dirty. He looks like he has not showered in a week. I did not want him near my food. He needs to learn how to smile and how to speak to people. He can speak with me not at me. Big difference.

I did not like the ants that were in the bathroom or the bug bites I got from the bed or the hotel staff and their rudeness they messed up my booking while checking me in charged me twice said they didn’t know how to fix it, they were banging on the door by 9:30 when checkout isn’t until 11 also the security guard harassed my husband on his way to the room and stood in the hallways shouting to the hotel staff and on the phone ! All night long!! The breakfast is not refrigerated properly or maintained for sanitation everything in the hotel is broken!

BED SHEETS & LINENS HAVE STAINS ON THEM. THE BR IS NOT THAT CLEAN. WE ASKED THE STAFF AT THE RECEPTION; THEY TOLD US TO PICK UP THE NEW LINENS AND DO IT OURSELVES. OF COURSE, WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO DO IT BECAUSE WE ARE SO TIRED AND NEED TO SLEEP.

Let front desk know that there were ants all in bathroom and was told they would make a note of it. We should not have had to go buy any spray.
