The rooms are quiet and the beds are comfortable.
Negatives:
The breakfast was not good. There was only one waffle maker for 20 people to use at one time. The eggs and sausage tasted like they had been just heated in the microwave and we had to wait a bit to get any. The yogurt was awful tasting. The only thing good about the breakfast was the coffee.
Also, the elevators were scary. They kept making awful noises and the left elevator seemed like it was falling apart. The bathrooms were clean but needed a lot of cosmetic work. When our room was supposed to be cleaned, it wasn’t touched until mid-evening. We arrived back at our room after dinner and housekeeping had just barely started with cleaning.

Room was disgusting! Carpet was full of dog pea spots that smelled like pea, and chair was also full of spots and stain that looked like they brought in a homeless chair. Hostess did not help us and wanted us to leave if didn’t like it - without having another hotel. Worst experience ever and we will never stay At Quality Inn again!!!
