Negatives:
The first room that I was put in had neither functioning air conditioning nor a window that opened. After insisting staff showed me other rooms. The room I ended up in had a working air conditioner and a window that opened. however, the shower did not work. This place needs an urgent refurbishment or being torn down. Even at a cheap price, this is a racket.

It’s in the hood. There were tweakers and prostitutes wandering around the parking lot. It’s not a safe place. The place is in desperate need of renovation. The AC barely worked in our room. Bed was very uncomfortable.

The room was big but stains on towels and bedding. The tub had rusted looking spots in it. The breakfast was nothing but cereal and bread that’s it. There was no smoking in the room which was ok. I liked nothing about this plac

Nothing could make it better I was verbally assaulted by a man who said he was the manager. Because he got into an argument in the parking lot with someone picking up my spouse for work. And because of that he yelled at me and threatened me. Then kicked me out without giving me a refund for a night I don’t get to use. I was told to press charges for the verbal assault. But I have not. There are a lot of homeless that they allow to hang out I. There parking lot that always asks the people staying there for money or cigarettes. They allow the homeless to use the washing machines and dryers and sit in lobby while they wash. Not safe for women.

There was a lot of homeless people on the property and a lot of drugs and drug addicts staying at the hotel. All of the exterior doors were unaccessible from the outside of the hotel. The only way that you can get in to your room was thru the main entrance of the hotel and that was not very accommodating when you are handicapped and you have to walk a long way from the parking lot to get to your room.

we found a cockroach in our room around the door. wasnt alot offered for free breakfast, so if your booking on hopes of a good one this isnt the place, bathtub paint was falling off didnt look very nice. and mold was around the tub.
