The smell, it says it has a pool but the pool is boarded up, not a family environment almost like a drugy hotel, across the hall from us me my mother my 8 and 14 year daughter someone passed away, after the first night none of us felt safe or comfortable we eneded up leaving a day early but was not able to get a refund for the 2nd night even though we left cause the vibes we all had. My 2 daughters had horrible vibes and felt very uncomfortable there. Loved the location but the vibes feel as if you are staying in the ghettoist hotel there is on nevada

After paying for booking payment I asked if I could use my virtual Chime Credit card for the deposit and they replied with "We are pleased to let you know that the accommodation has confirmed they will be able to arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request." But when I get there the front desk check in clerk says I need to only use a physical credit card. And refused to let me stay. My gf and I almost froze to death because we had sleep outside soaking wet because we had to ride our bikes through the snow/rain storms thinking we were going to be fine. I had the money for the deposit but no physical credit card rn so I use virtual credit card for everything.
