Was informed at check-in that there would be an additional $100 deposit charge to my card. Property was run down and not maintained. Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful.

Positives:
Beds. Chair in room. Both of these help my Arthritis. Staff is exceptional. Great location.
Negatives:
Hotel policy, will not allow guests, to remain past 21 days. Then you have to leave for one night, and then return for another 21 days.
I live in hotels. This is a tremendous burden, for any guest.
I am a disabled USAF Veteran I will be 83 in February. Moving every 21 days, to go to another hotel for 1 day, is a ridiculous inconvenience, and deterrent for me.
