The staff was great. The hottub is open 24 hrs. So I didn't feel rushed to get back at a certain time just to soak. Rooms were nice. The shower has great water pressure and no hot water issues. Beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The bedding is crunchy. It sounded like tissue paper crinkling every time I moved. It kept me up a lot throughout the night. Housekeeping staff was talking so loud, starting at 830am. I wasn't able to sleep in. In the room across from us with the door open and in the hall it echos and it was very loud. Maybe have a talk with them about people are resting and to keep their voices to a minimum.

The room did not meet my expectations for the price of a suite. It put a damper on my birthday celebration. The bathroom was completely below average for what I expected for a suite. The bathroom was dirty and not cleaned properly. It took 3 tries for housekeeping to get it decent. The ceiling was badly repaired. After running the shower, lots of condensation was on the ceiling.
