The recent renovations look amazing! The staff was very polite and fast. My room was clean, had nice floors, and was exactly what I needed. I loved that the gas station was within walking distance so I had everything I needed. I will be coming here again. Thank you.

Positives:
we were coming in from Kansas so it was a nice spot for us to get some gas and drive home. The breakfast was good. Had biscuits and gravy also some waffles. The lady at the front desk was kind and helpful. The bed was big and comfy. Neighbors weren’t loud. Also liked that there was a fridge and microwave in our room. For the price it was a good spot to just sleep in.
Negatives:
The floor seemed kind of dusty like it needed to be deeply vacuumed. They could clean the bathroom walls better. Also our cards didn’t work all the time to open the door. There’s not a lot of parking if you get back late but it gave us a good reason to park in the front especially since there were suspicious characters walking around outside. Before we left we called the hotel because on safari it said the hotel was temporarily closed so we called since we had already payed, the lady on the phone was extremely rude yelling at us “yes we’re open” then hanging up.

I didn't like the fact that you could not stay more than 28 days. After 28 days you had to leave for at least 24 hours then you could come back.

Nothing. The renovation workers had supplies up and down the hallways, it was so dusty that you couldn't breath in some areas of the hotel!
Negatives:
BED BUGS!!!! No one at the desk gave a darn. I want my money back!! Breakfast was cold. But, BED BUGS!!!! YUCK!!!!

The location, there can be a lot of traffic but the location is super safe! Deborah the front desk associate is really helpful and she always does her best to help accommodate you during your stay!
