The gentleman at the front desk during checkin was very nice. I thought the hotel was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple, works well for kids. They had two kinds of cereal and milk, make your own waffles, toast, muffins, and fresh coffee.

The front desk was frequently unattended. About 30 minutes to check in with another guest ahead of me also waiting. Same for both days there. Very little accomplished.

Room was dark. No clerk at front desk so called provided number and received some attitude for calling.

It was reasonably quiet and comfortable. The host was helpful - he brought our ice bucket to the room filled with ice because the machine was out of service.

3rd floor, no elevator and we had heavy bags. And the ice machine was broken.
