We liked the design and the cleanliness of the hotel Ben in valet was very professional and inviting.
Negatives:
The bed was uncomfortable and the bar didn’t open until 5pm. We would have stayed in the bar waiting for the game to start. When we finally made it back and went to the bar we found out that the drinks were very pricey. 12.00 for a hot toddy! One shot of crown and some lemon warmed up should not realistically be 12.00.

Staff were excellent, very courteous, knowledgeable of hotel and area (restaurants, etc.) and responsive. Bedding and towels very good. Very clean in room, halls, elevator and otherwise. Parking valets excellent.
Negatives:
Closet space inadequate. Three hangers that hung behind each other instead of side to side making clothing less visible. Additional hangers were provided upon request. No drawers for clothes. One desk chair -- each room should have two chairs and one of them should be comfortable. Electrical system not well thought out. For example to put light on above sink you must put light and fan on in toilet. One bed light not working. Cannot put either light on in toilet area without lighting up bedroom. Definitely a 'live out of your suitcase' facility.
