A nice welcoming smile from the reception lady and the room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. No problem in parking with a large car park. Very good location and easy to find from my car rental (Avis) pick up. Just 10 minutes of driving to get to the hotel.I went down to get a coffee after checking in and the lady told me it was free. The breakfast was goo value- not a great selection,but good value.

Facility was clean, staff was nice, room was comfortable and breakfast was sufficient. Airport shuttle was a plus.
Negatives:
Tv kept resetting which was the cable, housekeeper opened the door. I was sleeping I originally booked for one night but my flight got delayed and had to book another so there was a miss communication there, shuttle driver was grumpy. A little pricey per night.

WE absolutely loved the European flair of AVID. We loved the location to restaurants and a brewery. We appreciated that the shuttle to the airport began so early in the morning as we had a very early flight. VERY comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

The original instructions for the shuttle that picked up at the airport was incorrect. I was originally told to go out exit door 505 to island 3 but after waiting a while and watching the shuttle drive by it was actually 512.

Someone up screaming in the hall until 11:30pm … had to get up at 5am… called to the front office and she didn’t care… wouldn’t tell me whom their manager was. Extremely RUDE.

Negatives:
Shuttle bus in evening to pick us up at Denver Airport was very late and driver was not friendly. The van was in very bad shape with seat belts that did not work. Driver would not help us locate seat belts that worked so we had to keep changing seats until we found some that worked. When asked, he ignored us. Van was in disarray and very dirty. We arrived during a freak snow storm and were freezing while waiting. We had to call to beg for a van. We understood problem with storm and being late but there was no apology. Note that the next day with a different drive and much better van it was acceptable.
