Positives:
The property is in a good location and the design of the hotel is modern and chic.
Negatives:
The fire alarm going off in the middle of the day, then us trying to use the stairs to go down, being told not to worry and then left on a random floor with the elevator not working. We had to find the person again to help us get back to our floor.
A loud concert that started at 7 pm on their rooftop and went on until 10 pm, when we had a flight to catch at 5 am, and wake up at 2 am. While I understand the concept of quiet hours, some travelers might like to sleep early and a hotel this expensive should have soundproof windows installed. This essentially ruined our sleep and the next day.
The complimentary breakfast is nothing to write home about.

Positives:
Very in the city good time off relaxed vibe. Didn'feel like i overpaid for the accomodations as i usually do lately. The Staff was truly awsome and went out of their way when i had any issues with reservation (I did). or projector TV (I did ) but it all came together very nicely.

can't say i was really impressed actually.

Was in town for a concert so we only spent one night but the room was super cool, loved the projector tv and the platform bed. Would stay again and with the mini kitchen and giant closet could've stayed for longer it. First time using and computer check it but went smoothly.

We love the aesthetic of this hotel. It’s so comfortable and has more to offer than we ever use. The new hot tubs are wonderful and we always find fun little spots to have a drink on the property.
Negatives:
Not a fan of the valet parking lot but we use a garage down the road.

Great location to explore RiNo restaurants and bars by foot. The decor was cute, and the rooftop hot tub and view were great.

There's a faint sewage smell in the lobby area and in the upstairs restaurant/bar - like they have some backed up pipes.
