Positives: Had a nice view
Negatives: the window couldn't close and temperature couldn't be controlled even though there's a room thermostat, toilet seat does not stand up on its own (frustrating for men), room keys regularly stop working, lot of homeless around building, breakfast is subpar

Positives: I felt terrible for the staff here. I didn't like anything about this hotel.
Negatives: Cockroaches, the meth/crack head that tried to attack me and a 65 year old woman in the lobby, the non-working air and maintenance's answer was to open the 3 foot tall window that was only secured in place with screws, smoking indoors, it was all terrible

Malik Solo Traveler October 4, 2021
Positives: It was more like 2 star. Old dirty furniture. Unclean, unpleasant.
Negatives: Yes unclean.
Luz Solo Traveler October 4, 2021
Positives: Close to the Gems and Mineral's shows.
Negatives: Surprised me the lack of manners at the front desk. It was hard to find good water to drink, not even plastic ones to buy. The BBQ at the main entrance invades with smoke. Breakfast is really poor

Positives: The breakfast area was nice, and the options were numerous: scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, pancakes, cereals, and various yogurt options.
Negatives: Sketchy people at the hotel. Hotel room had a musty odor and smelled like old cigarettes.
Verified Hotel Guest Traveling as Couple September 29, 2021
Negatives: This stay was a horrible experience. The hotel itself was filthy as were the rooms and they never mentioned that there was a train that was so loud as to shake the window at 2am. It was never mentioned that the pool was closed for the season

Positives: It was a place to sleep. Close to the freeway.
Negatives: I booked a King bed with a Mountain View. Arrived around 6pm for check in and was told that the room wasnÂ't ready yet. Entered the room to see two queen beds with a freeway view. Front desk said the manager changed our reservation with no warning.
