Everything from the very beginning was amazing, from the staff to the rooms and all the facilities. The shuttle to the airport was one of the main reasons we chose this Inn, also the included breakfast (which was amazing with a lot of options). The overall experience was a 10/10.

The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was good -- not luxurious but good.
Negatives:
Location doesn't lend itself to walks outside the hotel. I don't mean to sugges that the parking lots and nearby businesses are unsafe -- just not very interesting.

Positives:
Everything was wonderful. The lady at the desk was nice and changed my room for me when requested. The lemon water and tea set up was nice, breakfast was nice, rooms were great, everything was great.
Negatives:
The only problem was the airport shuttle did not come to pick us up. We waited for about an hour. Luckily another man, Matt, who was going to a different hotel dropped us off. He was so nice it made up for Comfort Inn's shuttle not getting us.
