The food was awful and inedible, room noisy with a barking dog all night from a neighbor's room, not notified of renovation, uncomfortable bed, large containers of complimentary shampoo, lotion not very sanitary in my opinion. I realize businesses need to make profit wherever possible but I don't think a $15 fee to park in an outside parking lot is reasonable. I will never stay at another Double Tree.

Disappointing
Positives:
We were very excited that the ongoing renovation is complete enough that we hot a new room. It was a wonderful improvement! Staff and cleanliness wete terrific as usual.
Negatives:
We would appreciate shuttle service to and from the RTD ststion nearby.
Positives:
Hotel was very nice - hotel was well run with excellent customer service. Room was quiet and comfortable.
Negatives:
Charged $15/night for parking in the front lot (not shown on the website as part of the upfront cost). They add a $200 deposit to your bill at check in that will be returned at some point after checking out (free use of the customer money for some period of time but a waste of my time needing to follow up later to verify they actually return the deposit). There isn't a simple free breakfast buffet option offered. It's a very nice, well run hotel but the extra charges plus playing games with the deposit leaves a bad taste for me.
