Positives: There were nice amenities on the property
Negatives: They staff- booked online for night before drove all night when arrived in the morning they canceled my reservation when i stated I booked for the night before as I knew I would be driving 15 hours. The clerk was snotty and said thats not how it works. I've always booked my hotels this way because checkin is after 3. The manager who canceled the reservation booked me a new room no longer a mountain view like I originally booked. Then when we got to our room that was given to us by the manager, opened the door and there was a man laying on the bed. They gave me a room that was occupied. Imagine all of our surprise!!! Not happy!! We had to bring ALL of our things back to the lobby and another staff member took care of us. Again, got charged for the prior night and no mountain view. The manager said don't worry you will see lots of mountains when you are out and about. The bathtub kept backing up with extremely DIRTY water with hair. Soap scum all over the bath tub. The room and bed were nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. I was at least grateful for a comfortable sleep

Positives: gym was nice and it was 24 hours , size of the room
Negatives: This hotel is very old, in Europe would get 2 stars max 3 stars, you need to pay for breakfast, air conditioning is super load and if you turn it off , its too hot in the room to sleep, its very noisy, in USA they do not give you free of charge water into the room - however I asked I got here but with information that they do it only for me when they were giving to others so I do not know if this is true or not, you can hear everything from outside

Positives: Honestly there was nothing we liked.
Negatives: The staff were rude and pretty much put us down, the hotel almost has two different sides to it for the rooms. Part of the hallway and rooms look like super 8 and the other looks like it should be a Hilton. I thought because it was a Hilton it would be a good property, but honestly it really just reminded me of a super 8 that cost way to much money. The room was dirty, there were pubic hair on the toilet and bath when we got in there, and why have a balcony you can’t smoke off the balcony. There were parts of the floor coming up, there are holes in the curtains, the wallpaper is coming off, and the door looked like it had been busted into at one point.Honestly I have stayed at the super 8 in Denver and I’d totally stay there before I stayed here, if that tells you something.

Positives: they accommodated me when the people in the room next too me were too loud so that was nice.
Negatives: the room was not updated for the price i paid. pretty pricy and they added fees for parking which they shouldn't, its not like its downtown. you could hear everything in the room next to us. They were very loud and security didn't do much. They should have kicked them out, i wasn't the only one that complained about the noise.
