The room was clean. Bed was clean and room was quiet.

The check in agent couldn’t find my reservation even though I was showing her proof on my phone. She kept trying to send me to the other location. She finally flung it but didn’t even apologize for making me feel like I didn’t book correctly.

Positives:
they accommodated me when the people in the room next too me were too loud so that was nice.
Negatives:
the room was not updated for the price i paid. pretty pricy and they added fees for parking which they shouldn't, its not like its downtown. you could hear everything in the room next to us. They were very loud and security didn't do much. They should have kicked them out, i wasn't the only one that complained about the noise.
