the room keys did not work for the 1 day. each time I left my room I have the hotel staff walk with me to the open my room each time.

Nothing! I never went on the dates that where entered. It was in error but the hotel still charged me.

The reservation was made around 11:30 pm Central te for April 1 to April 2nd. I was in Texas making reservation for June 21 to 24th. I will never stay at this hotel whenever I was family in Colorado.

We were very excited that the ongoing renovation is complete enough that we hot a new room. It was a wonderful improvement! Staff and cleanliness wete terrific as usual.

The gentleman that checked us in said Im going to upgrade you to a suite. Awesome, that was super nice. We got to the room and it was the smallest room we have ever had and had 2 double beds my wife and I slept in separate beds so we had room.

Hotel needs to be updated. The furniture is obsolete and old. The carpet is old no refrigerator No drinking water in the room. Housekeeping met my expectations. Housekeeping was excellent.

Thing I didn't like about the hotel while it was old and need to be renovated from the parking lot throughout the entire building these renovation. Hotel also charged for parking $15 a night with limited security and unnecessary expense $15 a night
