Positives:
Clean
Negatives:
Yes too much talking at customer service desk. Apparently they don't prioritize paying guests
Review
Positives:
They provided pets for my stay by having mice run from room and under the door into the room of other guests.
Negatives:
Mice in the room and mice running down the hall and into the mock kitchen area in the lobby... I did not like the stay or the time it took to be refunded for this experience.
Review
I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
Positives:
I liked the comfiness of the bed. I definitely slept well in the bed.
Negatives:
The room was definitely not cleaned before I came and if so, it was not cleaned well. Some of the furniture's wood was chipping off, there was a lack of necessities you'd expect in a hotel such as a toothbrush, but worst of all, there were so many bugs. I thought maybe one was whatever... because of just the cold outside or I don’t know... but there were more than 3. I killed most of them but some were dead laying on the carpet. Utterly disgusting.

I guess it's okay if you really just need a place to crash for a few, but I'd not recommend AT ALL
Positives:
Very good experience overall!

Enjoyable
Positives:
Nothing, I have stayed recently at EconoLodge and this was by far the worst
Negatives:
The first room we were put into had a broken door on the bathroom and it obviously not been maintained or reviewed very tightly by staff. The second room stank of stale smoke. We've had good luck with econo lodges in the past but this one is to be avoided

Negatives:
The bed was sunk in the middle, very uncomfortable, and there was no hot water to shower

Positives:
I was able to get a room that was convenient and accommodating to my unique lodging needs.
Negatives:
I feel sometimes I offered rooms that are not offered to other guests. I think it has something to do with the discounted rate I am receiving but frankly don't think it should matter. Whether it be booked on the 3rd floor with no working elevator.

Positives:
All good

Negatives:
When I left my luggage with reception to get a tour of the city, the cleaners already cleaned out my room which had my passport in it because I left it. Why wasn't I notified immediately when I came back to get my luggage? I understand it was my fault for forgetting, but I came back to get my luggage and I wasn't notified that there was an item in my room? I had to find out when I'm at the airport and I had to call to know if it was there? What the heck.

Positives:
The property was nice … in a good location for food and drinks
Negatives:
The room .. room 100 was dirty from the previous guests and the shower didn’t work
For a 100$ a night I couldn’t take a shower
They also charged me twice for the room
So 200$ a night … for that price I expect perfection
Review
For the room I stayed in the price is way to high
Positives:

Negatives:
They did not provide breakfast and offsite breakfast restaurants were limited.
Review
