Proximity to the airport (very early flight), safe location, very clean, updated design, spacious and chic lounge, great gym, breakfast option, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and free parking.

Did not accommodate to-go breakfasts for an early flight.

We stay an overall of 4nights and our room was only cleaned once. I had to call for new towels and trashes weren't dumped. At time of check out I did notify front desk but no apologies.

The hotel was as expected, very similar to others in the area.
I would say it is a good value for money. They let me stay 30 min more after check out.
Negatives:
The Shuttle service was horrible at arrival. They say it would take 40 minutes waiting to pick us up, but it took 80 minutes! If you offer a service and give a time estimation it must be something reasonable and specially something you can accomplish. They should not have made us waiting that long. If we know it would take one hour and a half, we could have taken a taxi or at least stayed inside of the terminal, not in the cold!
