Positives: The actual location staff was quite nice.

Negatives: Originally booked the cherry creek location. Was told just two days prior the location was unavailable. This site recommended this property as an alternative. I looked online just moments after switching to this location—for an additional $300–and there were rooms available at cherry creek. I called customer service to switch back. The representative said he “couldn’t do anything” and just kept reciting that he was “sorry for the inconvenience” in a rehearsed tone. I have one more trip booked through this website. I sincerely hope I’m not this disappointed as I have been with this one, rental car process included.

Positives: I believe I was surprised with an upgraded room! There was a full kitchen, living area, and a separate bedroom. The shower was wonderfully strong, the 2 TVs were large, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of variety of foods. I wish I was able to stay more than one night.
