I like the breakfast; the room itself was decent for the price and the team was very accommodating.
Negatives:
I didn't like that the room wasn't serviced every day; I would've appreciated room service and clean towels each day. Additionally, only one elevator was working - that made commutes up and down to the lobby extremely long - sometimes at least ten minutes waiting.

Staff was rude when checking in and there was brown stuff on the bathroom wall and when I asked for extra towels they took an hour to bring some. I would stay there again not for the price I paid.

Positives:
Cannot beat the location - only a 10 minute walk from the attractions of the Center. Friendly staff, recommended great restaurant nearby (Colorado campfire) - way less expensive than restaurants at the Mall. Good breakfast.
