Positives: The staff member who resolved several of our issues was extremely helpful.
Negatives: We received the wrong bed/room from the beginning (we booked a king, were told there weren't any available, were instead given 2 queens), said room didn't have any working electricity, then when we were moved to another room, the hot water didn't work.

Negatives: Parking garage needed some cleaning, trash cans needed to be emptied. But overall I'd give it a 10.

Negatives: Got overcharged, had to switch rooms three Times, The room I paid for was supposed to have refrigerator microwave and kitchen appliance It did not . Tv remote was broke . Front desk told me to press the buttons on the tv . No hot water at all . TERRIBLE!

Positives: It was close to transit. The staff was super nice and helpful.
Negatives: The area wasn't the best. There were a lot of "questionable" people outside the hotel and the front door was key card access all the time (which made coming back in the early evening with your hands full annoying)
