Positives: The place was awesome. Close to restaurant and shops. All were walking distance. I'd love to compliment the staff as well for being approachable. The facilities were also good including breakfast selection. Close to the convention as well and other famous hotels.

Negatives: Most likely that it was along the highway and sometimes, the Uber ride was not accurately dropping us to the pinned location.

Positives: It was close to Downtown attractions.

Negatives: The staff was rude and unhelpful. It is outdated and gross. The lobby looks awful with sunken couches and frayed furniture. Absolutely awful staff. Brunch is a joke as there was no staff or servers, cold and stale, and extremely overpriced. Facility is unclean. Would not recommend.
