FRONT DESK PERSONNEL DID NOT MAKE A VERY PROFESSIONAL IMPRESSION AND LACKED PROVIDING NECESSARY INFORMATION. THEY TOLD US THE WRONG PRICE (HIGHER), DID NOT GACE INFORMATION THAT VOUCHERS ARE NEEDED FOR BREAKFAST, ETC.
MAYBE NEXT TIME TRY TO BE LESS HIPSTERISH AND MORE PROFESSIONAL.
AND PLEASE DISPLAY THE CORRECT PRICES FOR PARKING. THIS IS REQUIRES SIMPLY A PRINT OUT AND CAN BE DONE IN A MINUTE.

During check in the front desk women sat on her phone for a few minutes then acknowledged I was standing there. I gave her my ID and CC. She says your card declined. I need a different card. Causing a seen. My card did decline as I got a email that the wrong expiration date was entered. No way my card would decline. She finally let me use me card again and it went through. I asked a question about parking and she laughed at my question. Didn’t inform me of the deposit and what was being charged on my card. So rude and condescending. I was in town for a funeral and this experience made it that much worst. Then get to room and dirty cleaning towels on the floor garbage in the trash cans and the smell of cleaning chemicals ( cheap) never left the room and gave both of us a headache. I come to Denver often and will never stay at this hotel again for baseball games or any other occasions.

I didnt like the fact that the room service ppl dont let you sleep, theyll be knocking on the doors, and wake u up, the guy even try to get in the room while we were sleeping and I was very clear when I first checked in that I didnt want to be bother

The staff is friendly and responded to our questions and requests promptly.

The neighborhood is a bit shady, but this is not the hotel's fault. Just a lot of homelssness in Denver, unfortunately.
