Positives: We just loved everything about this hotel. The staff was so friendly everything was so clean and our stay was so wonderful. We are booking again for our return trip to the hospital in 6 weeks. CanÂ't wait for our visit.

Positives: Nice pool and great location.
Negatives: The toilet constantly burped throughout the night. It was loud and felt like a creature from the depths was going to come flying out. Beds were also sloped very much towards the TV side. Time for new mattresses here and a rework of the plumbing.

Positives: The hotel was clean and had a nice pool area.
Negatives: When we arrived they did not have the double queen we booked. This listing also says that they have free parking. They do not. We were not told that we would have to pay for parking until we checked out. There were no signs in the lot. Unfriendly staff.

Negatives: Our room AC was not working well. I reached out to the staff and never received a call back. 2 days later the AC woke us up from sleep it was so loud, and began to leak on carpet. At that point the front desk helped and we were given a new room.

Positives: The window shades. They are perfect and very room darkenng. Most hotels have curtain that flap above the air unit allowing all kinds of light n the room. These blinds let n zero light which allowed for a great nights sleep. .
