Nice bar/lounge. Helena was tererific! My disability room was nicely arranged, particulary the bathroom to assist my disability.

The air conditioning sounded like truck sitting in the room with engine running. We tried switching it off but it still kicked in every 10-20 minutes so had very little sleep. They make you pay two dollars for small bottle of water in your room despite paying £218 for one night.

The Hotel did not even have a tiom available as it has been advertised in Booking.com. We were told it would be a two bedroom suite. They “don’t even have those” there. We paid extra thinking this was what we would get. Booking.com has not even replied to my complaint. Be careful what you book!

The bathroom tile had some mold and other stains in it. The bathroom vanity needed to be cleaned(the wooden part) and the bathroom smelt like cigarette smoke when the air conditioner was running.
