The location was great and the rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Negatives:
They don't have parking! It's absurd. We had to park on the street and also valet parking was super expensive.
Also my reservation wasn't found. Fortunately for us, the lady in the lobby was super nice and gave us a complimentary room. It's supposed that Booking is going to take care of it but I haven't received an answer from neither booking or the hotel.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of downtown. The staff was exceptionally helpful and always wore a smile! The room was spacious, lovely, and spotlessly clean. Plus, the popcorn machine in the lobby every evening was a delightful touch!

The valet parking is costly - $59.
