Positives: The location was very good but there was no workers or personnel available. They were limited and they kept saying due to Covid. They had a almost full hotel but their service was not the best. The few employees they had tried but the demand was high

Positives: I was treated very poorly when I arrived at the hotel I didn't know there was a deposit on the room 50.00 for every night so the front desk manager was so so rude and disrespectful I felt less than a person the way he talked and treated me I'm still sad.
Negatives: The room was horrible blinds broke, shower door broke, AC broke also the poor and hot tube was broke this is the worst I have seen a hotel in my life and they charged over a ---- a night ridiculous I can't believe people go there to stay....

Negatives: Hotel downgraded our room upon arrival, asked to be moved to originally reserved room, were moved to correct room but charged twice. Room also has plumbing issues in both bathrooms, sink in one, tub faucet in the other. Staff is helpful, but begrudgingly
