Front desk agent "Tay" was exceptional! She really helped me out as I was lost at airport to catch the shuttle, she had a real "can do" attitude! Shuttle driver was also kind and patient and this at 12 midnight!
Loved the second room with the coach, the layout was really nice!

The non-communication about the guarantee that was charged to the credit card at check-in. I saw an amount charged to my CC after check-in and had to ask the desk what this amount was for because they did not inform me about this when I checked in.
