Positives:
The location. It is located downtown within walking distance to the convention center, the performing arts center, the16th Street mall, and Laramer Square shopping. There are good restaurants within walking distance as well. It's a bit of a walk to Union Station and Lobo, but it's doable. The breakfast was also better than most hotels.

The only secure way to park is to pay, we had paid over 120 to park for two nights.First question was do your people know how to drive a standard? They assured us they were good .and night we used our truck to get snack a few blocks away upon leaving our check engine light came on stating it has low oil pressure!!!!!! I'm so super upset my Toyota Tacoma is new has 31000 miles

Extra charges on a card I only had them place a security deposit on. I didn't authorize anything other than that. Will not be returning.

I like the location and the setup of the room was functional and comfortable. I did not like the breakfast there was no bacon and not enough fruit selections.

The view was good. The shampoo and conditioner was amazing. Breakfast was also great.
Negatives:
I had to hold the toilet handle down for awhile just for it to flush. The water in the sink also took forever to drain. The front desk staff I dealt with were VERY awkward. Made checking in and checking out a bit uncomfortable.
