I liked that I had a room ready and was pretty spacious.

The shower did not drain, the spout would not lock so I did not have a full stream of water from the shower head, and the temperature handle came away from the wall. My first time at a Hyatt. I booked as it was close to our office will be my last.

Beautiful Hotel, the location was quiet. I had a nice window view of the mountains. The staff was amazing and the daily breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again in the future.

The property was nice and clean.

The air conditioner in our room was not working. We had to call the front desk and get a fan. We paid too much money for our air conditioner not to work. That was the only down side.

Our stay was cool besides having to ask for a fan. The housekeepers did a really good job. Overall, I'm pleased.
Negatives:
no hair dryer, no microwave, vending machine took my money
