Positives:
The second room they put me in was upgraded, quiet, and clean. Room service breakfast was beautiful and tasty.
Negatives:
The first disappointment was the indoor pool was closed. This was the main reason I booked this particular hotel. Second disappointment was my first room smelled like cigarettes. While walking to my new room, I encountered a drunk man passed out on the floor of the vending machine room on the 11th floor at 3pm, which made me feel a little uneasy. Last, a ceiling tile was popped off and giant trash can outside my room to catch water. Classy...
