Positives: Location and staff are fine.
Negatives: No food service. Only two paper cups in room and couldnÂ't get more. It was obvious they were understaffed.

Positives: Price was adjusted down.
Negatives: The hotel is not yet full function. No restaurant, bare bones staff, rickety luggage carts. Room by the elevator means noise all night. I have known this hotel for years, and of course it is not able to deliver its conventional experience.

Positives: We were able to park valet so close to the lobby
Negatives: Most everything, should have stayed at a motel 6 for less than what we paid. The room wasnÂ't all that clean, it didnÂ't look like the sheets were changed, the was a hole in the blanket and the feathers were getting in my babyÂ's eyes and mouth.
