Positives: The hotel room was so beautiful. I liked the tall ceilings and the comfortable beds. The room was very clean. The front desk clerk was very gracious and let me check in early and even gave me a toothbrush when I forgot one.
Negatives: The room was a bit warm as it was summer I would have liked the thermostat to be able to be adjusted a bit lower.

Positives: Staff was accommodating and friendly. Even provided a tennis ball, to anyone that is an owner of a lab puppy will understand,to literally save my night and be able to get some rest. Which was an amazing gift.
Negatives: Unfortunately there was a smell of something deceased or rotting I. The restroom upon entering. Luckily I was only staying one evening leaving in the morning

Positives: Convenient location in downtown Denver. Easy check-in and check out. Lovely room with a view of downtown. Restaurant at hotel serving breakfast/lunch and dinner. Excellent food! Very accommodating!
Negatives: Room was a bit small.

Negatives: The communication in this building didnÂ't exist. Multiple people gave me multiple different directions for in-house dining, parking and locations. Self parking was horrible and the directions we were given for it were even worse.

Positives: The modern decor and friendly staff.
Negatives: The sheets or mattress pad they have held so much heat. Though the room was cold, we sweated all night. The neighborhood is absolutely filthy. I don't expect the hotel to clean the entire block but maybe wash the human feces out front? And no micro?!

Positives: Awesome historic location
Negatives: Hotel shows nice from the lobby but the rooms have deferred maintenance the beds are uncomfortable and it has no business being rated 4 stars. Parking $42 a night and a mandatory $23 a day services fee.

Negatives: Parking was a hassle. Hotel employee at the front desk had an attitude. Was not explained at check in that housekeeping had to be requested.

Positives: They have a happy hour from 5 to 6pm where you get free wine. The staff is super friendly there's no microwave but they'll hear up your plate and give you cutlery. The rooms are sooo nice too. Very high ceilings.
Negatives: The temperature takes a long while to heat up not a big problem for us though

Positives: The staff is absolutely amazing. They check in through text, which for me was great and it became so easy to request anything you needed. This was especially helpful as the daily cleaning services are suspended do to the pandemic.
Negatives: It was absolutely freezing in our room, and nothing we set the thermostat to would help. They did send an engineer up to look at it, but reported everything to be in working order. We then had to request multiple extra blankets and robes for warmth.
