Positives: Close to airport. Shuttle space is limited (8?) so be sure to reserve a spot. I would not have been able to fit in the shuttle it if I had my family with me.

Negatives: Long wait for shuttle to hotel. Might have missed it as it wasn't marked. However he did come and ask us which hotel. Several other stops.

Negatives: My room (104) was located near the front desk, so whenever guest were checking in/out I could hear the transactions from my room. It was loud enough to wake me from my sleep that morning. Not a very relaxing experience.

Negatives: it smelled terrible on the second floor and walls were paper thin so we could hear people arguing in the next room. However they did leave earplugs on the nightstand. I guess that's not a new problem.

Negatives: The first room the desk legs were broken, and wasn't handicapped access. Second room no wash cloths.

Positives: They have finished a total remodel since last I was there.
Negatives: I left my electric toothbrush in the bathroom and when I called they couldn’t find it. Articles left by renters is a common occurrence so there should be a good system in place to deal with them.

Negatives: Some seemingly shady characters sitting in lawn chairs in the parking lot. I would have liked better security.
